This study found that when ESP test subjects happened to be tested when their test location was facing directly away from the center of our Milky Way galaxy, their test accuracy increased by a factor of 400%. There is speculation that remote viewing is a function of ESP and that therefore RV performance should be similarly enhanced when remote viewers are attempting to RV at approximately 13:47 Local Sidereal time.

So with this as a basis, I've designed a group experiment that has the potential to be not only exciting to participate in, but also potentially lucrative. I propose that a group of interested individuals, attempt to remote view upcoming Lottery numbers and that they do so when their local Sidereal time is 13 hours and 47 minutes. Each participant would then email their results to me and I would combine all test results to see if some numbers showed up more often than would normally be the case with random chance. I would then communication those high frequency numbers to all members of the test group so that everyone has an equal chance to benefit from that information. If RV ability is actually enhanced at the peak LST time, then it stands to reason that the more remote viewers we have participating in the experiment, the more accurate the results should be.
